Cody Tuttle

Research Scientist

Cody is a research scientist for the Impact Evaluation Unit, where he leads evaluations related to economic assistance, behavioral health, and corrections. Prior to joining the IEU, he worked at several other governmental and quasi-governmental agencies in the Twin Cities. He received a Master of Public Policy with a focus in quantitative policy analysis and social policy from the University of Minnesota Humphrey School of Public Affairs, and has a former academic background in sociology and criminal justice. He lives in northeast Minneapolis with his wife and two daughters and when he’s not working, he loves to run, be outside, read, write, cook, and spend time with his family.
