Get to know the SWIFT Help Desk members who answer your calls, respond to your emails, and make sure you get the information you need. This week's spotlight is on Emma Kutz, Help Desk Support Lead on the SWIFT Help Desk and Training Team at Minnesota Management and Budget (MMB).
How long have you been with the State of MN, and with MMB in particular?
I’ve been with MMB since April of 2014, working on the SWIFT Help Desk. Before that, I was with the Minnesota State Lottery for about six years. In total I’ve been working for the state for about 13 years.
What’s a fun fact about you that most people don’t know?
I love fishing and ice fishing. Also, I’ve been bowling since I was about seven years old - I love it!
What’s one thing you plan to do after the COVID-19 pandemic is over?
Travel. My husband Nick and I love to travel, and we're trying to visit all the National Parks across the country. The picture here is from Picture Rocks National Shoreline this past summer of 2020. It was our Pandemic honeymoon, since we didn’t get to take our originally planned trip to California in May.
