Stephanie Klein was the assistant director of the Institutional Analysis/Office of Measurement Services at the University of Minnesota before she joined MAD in 2023. In this role, she was responsible for the business unit management of a policy-compliant course evaluation program, course exam services, and a statewide program that provides K-12 standardized testing services to public and private schools and homeschools. Stephanie’s consulting focus is on organizational effectiveness, helping organizations identify and implement what is necessary for them to succeed, improve, and achieve goals. She became an industrial-organizational psychologist to make the workplace better for the people in it, and with that goal in mind she begins her work with clients by building a foundation of collaborative trust.
So far in her time at MAD, Stephanie has facilitated working sessions for a project with the St. Paul Department of Safety and Inspections, conducted an organization assessment for MMCAP Infuse with the Minnesota Department of Administration, and facilitated members of the Workgroup on Expediting Rental Assistance in an effort to develop legislative recommendations.
