Administrative Procedures

The primary purpose of Administrative Procedures is to operationalize specific statutory provisions. Administrative procedures adopted in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, section 43A.04, subdivision 4, define or describe employee relations programs, activities, and elements for state agency management and employees but do not directly affect the rights of or processes available to the general public.
