Promote your clinic and easy sign up

Thank you Site Coordinators!

Use the templates in the folder below to make your work easier. The message this year is it’s easy and quick for employees to get their flu and COVID-19 shots at work. This information you have includes:

• Two emails for employees. One goes to employees about two weeks before your clinic opens. Send the second email the day before your clinic.
• Intranet site article and graphics. Share them with your agency's, school's, branch's or organization's communications team to use on the employee website or in emails.
• Posters. One promotes the clinic time, date, place and sign-up. 
• Signs. Day-of-clinic signs to help people find the clinic.
• FAQs. To help you and employees.

Download the graphics, templates, posters, signs and other materials. 

Homeland Health will email you the consent form. It is not in the folder above. Be sure to tell employees to bring the completed consent form with them to get their shots.

Change the text to fit your needs. You will receive the site-specific Signup link from Homeland Health. If you do not use it, simply delete references to sign-ups in the template.
