This course provides you with information about the data from the Information Access Data Warehouse that relates to accounting and procurement. This module contains accounting information about budgetary data, chart of accounts and reference data, general accounting, ledger data, open items, and federal aid and projects. This module also contains procurement information about expenditures by commodity and order information.
Prerequisites:
At a minimum, individuals who wish to become Power Users should have the following skills:
- Comprehensive understanding of the business process in MAPS accounting and/or procurement
Learning Objectives:
- Understand the accounting data available in the Information Access Data Warehouse
- Understand the procurement data available in the Information Access Data Warehouse
Participants:
This module is recommended for employees who have been identified as Power Users of the Information Access Data Warehouse and whose job duties include creating reports about accounting and/or procurement data.
