Every state agency that uses the proceeds of general obligation bonds to fund a grant to another public entity must enter into a grant agreement with the public entity that receives the grant.
GRANT THROUGH A STATE AGENCY PROGRAM
The following generic general obligation grant agreements are designed to be used for projects that are receiving a grant through a state agency's program, and which are funded with the proceeds of general obligation bonds.
End Grant - Use this grant agreement when the grant will be disbursed after the project has been fully completed.
Construction Grant - Use this grant agreement when the proceeds of the grant will be disbursed during the construction process.
Predesign and/or Design Grant - Use this grant agreement when the grant will fund the predesign and,or design phase of a project.
GRANT THROUGH A BONDING BILL
The following generic general obligation grant agreements are designed to be used for grants that are created by a specific provision in a bonding bill that specifically refers to the subject project and which are funded with the proceeds of general obligation bonds.
End Grant - Use this grant agreement when the grant will be disbursed after the project has been fully completed.
Construction Grant - Use this grant agreement when the proceeds of the grant will be disbursed during the construction process.
Predesign and/or Design Grant - Use this grant agreement when the grant will fund the predesign and,or design phase of a project.
