Priscilla Stallings is a visionary change agent and servant leader who fosters equitable and inclusive workplaces. As Chief Inclusion Officer, she spearheads the Office of Inclusion, formulating and implementing statewide strategies to seamlessly integrate equity and inclusion across all Minnesota state agencies.
Before her tenure at Minnesota Management and Budget, Priscilla collaborated with both private and public sectors to develop equitable business practices and impactful inclusive strategies. Her experience includes serving in senior leadership within local government, where she championed leadership development and systemic change while influencing key initiatives in diversity, inclusion, racial equity, and organizational development. She also worked within the child support system where she worked to address disparities and to transform the system to serve communities more effectively.
Priscilla is an esteemed thought leader and strategic advisor, known for her expertise in change management, policy development, and employee engagement. She holds a Master’s in Organizational Leadership focusing on Strategic Management from the University of Saint Catherine, a graduate certificate in Dispute Resolution from Mitchell Hamline School of Law, and a bachelor’s degree in Sociology – Law, Criminology, and Deviance from the University of Minnesota.
