Administrative Assistant
Josie Swanson joined MAD in 2025 as an administrative assistant. She supports the consulting team by assisting with a variety of projects. She enjoys building genuine connections with her team and learning what each person needs to feel supported.
Josie has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota—Twin Cities where she double majored in Asian Languages and Literature and Global Studies with a minor in Teaching English as a Second Language (TESL).
