The State of Minnesota provides funds for some capital projects from its general fund. Every state agency which uses appropriated funds from the State's general fund for a project must enter into a grant agreement with the grant recipient.
End Grant - This grant agreement is intended to be used when the grant will be disbursed after the project has been fully completed.
Construction Grant - Use this grant agreement when the proceeds of the grant will be disbursed during the construction process. A disbursement agreement must be used in conjunction with this grant agreement.
Predesign and/or Design Grant - Use this grant agreement when the grant will fund the predesign and,or design phase of a project.
