Parents At Work

Mission Statement

The Parents at Work ERG helps the Enterprise embody the guiding principles and priorities of the One Minnesota Plan, especially around equity and inclusion, by offering a welcoming place, mutual support, and meaningful resources for working parents at the State. The ERG provides opportunities for personal and professional development, which promotes diverse employee recruitment, inclusive engagement, holistic wellbeing, and overall retention.
