Sub-Administrator Resources

LinkedIn Learning sub-administrators (or sub-admins) act as a liaison between agency LinkedIn Learning users and MMB's LinkedIn Learning administrators. They’re responsible for managing licenses for their agency and offer support for getting the most out of LinkedIn Learning.

As a sub-admin, you play a vital role in the success of the LinkedIn Learning program. You are the frontline advocate, ensuring that learners at your agency, board, or court have the resources and support they need.

Responsibilities

Here are some of the key responsibilities:

  • Engage Your Organization – Inspire participation by promoting LinkedIn Learning through Learner Challenges and other engagement strategies.
  • Expand the Program – Look for opportunities to grow and integrate LinkedIn Learning within your agency, board, or court.
  • Provide First-Level Support – Assist learners who experience login issues or need help accessing their LinkedIn Learning accounts.
  • Manage Licenses – Work with MMB to add or remove learners as needed using the CSV process.
  • Oversee Contracts and Licenses – Collaborate with the MMB LinkedIn Learning team to ensure your organization has the appropriate number of licenses to meet learner demand.
  • Act as a LinkedIn Learning Ambassador – Serve as the liaison between your organization’s learners and the MMB LinkedIn Learning team, and escalate issues as needed.
  • Support Leadership Engagement – Train and inform leadership on how they can leverage LinkedIn Learning to engage their teams in innovative ways.
  • Stay Updated and Responsive
    • Read and respond to messages when tagged in the LinkedIn Learning Sub-Admin Team in Microsoft Teams.
    • Address any correspondence from the MMB team, whether it comes via Teams, email, or GovDelivery.
  • Report Sub-Admin Changes – If you need to add or remove a sub-admin, complete the LinkedIn Learning Sub-Admin Change form.
  • Schedule Training Sessions – The MMB LinkedIn Learning team is happy to provide in-person or virtual training to support your learners.

Stay Connected

The MMB LinkedIn Learning team is here to support you! To ensure clear and efficient communication, please use the following to stay connected and up-to-date.

Email

The LinkedIn Learning support email address is available for sub-admins to contact the MMB LinkedIn Learning team. This is the preferred contact method for all requests and support needs from sub-admins. The email has been provided to all sub-admins as part of their LinkedIn Learning onboarding.

Please allow a minimum of three to five business days for a response. We prioritize requests based on urgency, so please plan ahead whenever possible. Last-minute requests may not always be accommodated due to existing deadlines and constraints.

Teams Channel

The LinkedIn Learning Sub-Admin Teams channel provides just-in-time updates about CSV uploads, technical issues, and quarterly webinars. The “How To” sub-channel has resources and answers to many common questions.

Weekly Office Hours

The MMB LinkedIn Learning team hosts weekly Office Hours from 9-10 a.m. every Friday. As sub-admins, the MMB team recommends adding these Office Hours to your calendar. You don’t need to attend, but the team is available to provide support and answer questions about LinkedIn Learning. To receive the calendar invite, contact the MMB LinkedIn Learning team via the email provided to you.

Adding or Removing Sub-Admins
