Supplier Contracts

The Supplier Contract module in SWIFT provides the mechanism, for the state to create and manage supplier contracts.  Agencies use this module to create and manage the contract record in SWIFT (contract shell).  Agencies also use this module to electronically create and manage official contract documents in SWIFT. Management includes routing contract documents for review (collaboration), approval and electronic signatures.
