SWIFT users may occasionally see that a process they have submitted to run is in Blocked status. Blocked status means that SWIFT is temporarily preventing the job from running, holding it until another job instance finishes. Blocked process instances are rare, and only affect a small handful of jobs that are limited to a specific number of concurrent instances.
Process instances in Blocked status will begin processing once other running instances finish. No action is required by the user or SWIFT support staff. SWIFT users should not submit duplicate jobs when this occurs to avoid creating a larger backlog.
If you are concerned about a specific process instance, please contact the SWIFT Help Desk for support.

Question: What are the differences between the reports ran in SWIFT and those from the EPM Data Warehouse?
Answer: The Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Data Warehouse is a reporting tool outside of SWIFT. Every evening, there is a batch transfer of data from SWIFT to EPM. Therefore, the data accessed through EPM is only as recent as the day before. Both SWIFT and EPM are accessed through the Administrative portal and require separate security clearance. Agency staff with approved security, can customize the data and display of an EPM report using canned reports and SWIFT Subject Areas. You can save your customized EPM report in various formats. The reports from SWIFT have real time data. The data is limited by the established parameters of the existing query from the Query Viewer or report from the Report Manager. The output and format for SWIFT reports are predetermined and cannot be changed.
Are you new to the EPM Data Warehouse and need basic information about SWIFT reports? Do you have questions about which EPM Data Warehouse reports can give you the SWIFT information you need? The SWIFT Training team is offering support for SWIFT reports in the EPM Data Warehouse.
