Funding Sources

The funding sources in the capital budget request documents include the following abbreviations:

  • GO = General Obligation Bond
  • GF = General Fund Cash
  • UF = User Financed Bonding
  • AP = Appropriation Bonds
  • THB = Trunk Highway Bonds
  • THC = Trunk Highway Cash
  • Rev = Revenue Bonds
