2026 Monthly Medical Premiums

Medicare coverage for retired individuals 65 and older, including a retiree’s survivor:

  • Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota Coordinated Plan: $413.00
  • HealthPartners Medicare Group Solution: $548.50

You will receive a separate invoice to cover dependents under age 65. 

Minnesota Advantage Health Plan coverage for people under 65:

  • Individual (retiree, spouse, dependent, or survivor): $979.02
  • Family (retiree or survivor and more than two dependents): $2,878.98

2026 Monthly Dental Premiums

  • Retiree or surviving spouse: $48.34
  • Retiree or surviving spouse and family, including dependents up to age 26: $143.06

Employees and retirees have received phone calls in the past from people claiming to be from SEGIP. These callers ask for personal information or tell employees they must change their benefits. SEGIP will never call and ask an employee or retiree to confirm their sensitive information or tell them they can get coverage elsewhere.
