Our Planning Process
The LRP team’s planning process begins by identifying topic areas for its work through a structured scoping process. This helps narrow and define focus before moving into planning, implementation and evaluation. Through every phase, the Long-Range Planning team integrates ongoing engagement and research to ensure the work is informed by data, responsive, and effective.
