Federal Funds Implementation

Minnesota receives most of its revenue from general taxes, licenses, fees, and federal grants. Approximately 35% of the current state budget is comprised of federal grants. 

The Federal Funds Implementation Team (FFIT) is situated within Minnesota's Department of Management and Budget (MMB) and is focused on accelerating state goals by leveraging federal investment opportunities in partnership with entities across Minnesota.
