SWIFT Update March 5, 2020

Problems Accessing SWIFT?

Agency staff contacted the SWIFT Help Desk this week because they were unable to access SWIFT. As part of the SWIFT, Self Service, and Administrative Portal upgrade, portal URLs were changed and replaced with “vanity” URLs. A “vanity” URL is a shorter URL that is more descriptive and automatically redirects a user to the application. Follow the instructions below to access SWIFT and save the URLs to your browser's Favorites.  The following portals have vanity URLs since the limited upgrade. If you didn't save these URLs, you may not be able to sign into these portals.
  • Update the URL in your browser.
  • Make sure to update the link in the Favorites on the browser’s Properties menu.
  • View the How to Save Vanity URLs guide on how to save these vanity URLs to your browser's Favorites. It includes instructions for Internet Explorer, Chrome, and Firefox.

Sign Up for SWIFT Classroom Training!

SWIFT classroom training is scheduled for the following modules. 
Classes are free of charge. Please consider taking the Introduction to SWIFT class before enrolling in a module-specific class.
To find and enroll in SWIFT classes, open the Self Service or Administrative Portal and select the ELM tile. On the Learning Management page, select Find Learning on the left menu. On the Find Learning page, enter “SWIFT” in the Description field and choose Search. Seats are available in the following classes:
