The budget authority option for all Budget Period 2019 non-federal appropriations that were granted cash flow assistance was changed from “G” (obligate and spend the greater of actual or estimated receipts) to “E” (authority to obligate estimated receipts and spend only actual receipts) on Wednesday, February 19th.

Q: How can I find out if a supplier has completed their Human Rights and/or Equal Pay Certification from the Minnesota Department of Human Rights (MDHR)?
A: You can find this information on the Review Supplier Information page. When you select a Supplier ID, select the Identifying Information tab. Then, open the Government Classification section.

To find and enroll in SWIFT classes, open the Self Service or Administrative Portal and select the ELM tile. On the Learning Management page, select Find Learning on the left menu. On the Find Learning page, enter “SWIFT” in the Description field and choose Search. Seats are available in the following classes:
