My clinic isn’t in the directory. What do I do?

The SEGIP Clinic Directory lists Primary Care Clinics (PCCs) for you and your family. You need to go to the Blue Cross or HealthPartners website to search for specialty clinics and providers. That search will tell you if a provider is in the plan administrator’s network.

You still need to select a PCC from the clinic directory.

Health insurance companies have contract with clinics and sometimes those agreements change. Those decisions are between the clinics and health plan administrators.

If your PCC is no longer in the directory, you need to choose a new PCC. During Open Enrollment, you may also change health plan administrators.

• If you keep the same plan administrator, let them know the PCC you choose. You do not change PCCs in Self Service. Your plan administrator’s number is on the back of your ID card or you can find it on the Plan Administrators and Insurance Carriers webpage. They will need the name of the clinic and its clinic number as its listed in the primary care clinic directory.
• If you decide to change health plan administrators during Open Enrollment, you’ll list your new PCC in Self Service at the same time you change plan administrators.
