Jennifer joined MAD in January 2025. Prior to joining MAD Jennifer had over 20 years of experience in higher education and state and local government, which she now applies to her work with MAD clients. Through these roles she established a proven track record in strategic planning, project management, and economic and community development, successfully leading numerous community and institutional innovation and change initiatives.
Her extensive background in public sector roles allows her to approach client engagements with a broad perspective, creating tailored strategies that foster innovation, growth, and sustainability. Jennifer specializes in data informed decision-making processes, evaluation, and establishing organizational and cross-sector strategy to drive meaningful impact.
