Over the past several months, staff from MMB and the Governor’s office have toured dozens of capital budget projects. While state agencies and higher education institutions outline their capital budget requests in their applications to MMB, it is often more illustrative to see projects firsthand. The photos in the following documents provide snapshots of the scope and urgency of capital budget requests (e.g., asset preservation, renovation, and enhancement) from state agencies, the University of Minnesota, and Minnesota State.
