2025 Monthly Medical Premiums

Medicare coverage for retired individuals 65 and older, including a retiree’s survivor:

  • Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota Coordinated Plan: $385.00
  • HealthPartners Medicare Group Solution: $382.20
  • UCare Medicare Group (closed to new enrollment): $375.00

You will receive a separate invoice of $1,623.90 to cover more than one dependent under age 65. 

Minnesota Advantage Health Plan coverage for people under 65:

  • Individual (retiree, spouse, dependent, or survivor): $836.76
  • Family (retiree or survivor and more than two dependents): $2,460.66
