Jack Gramlich

Jack Gramlich is a fellow with the Impact Evaluation Unit. He supports evaluations of state human services programs. Jack designs and contributes to observational studies, applying his experience with causal inference methods, data wrangling, and data visualization.

Jack has a Master of Public Policy degree from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs at the University of Minnesota. During grad school, he worked as a research assistant with the Center for Urban and Regional Affairs at the University of Minnesota, and with the Integrated Data and Analytics team at Hennepin County. For his Humphrey School thesis, Jack received the Lloyd B. Short Award for Best Master's Paper.
