Jack Gramlich

Research Scientist

Jack Gramlich is a Research Scientist with the Impact Evaluation Unit. He designs and conducts observational studies of state programs, applying his experience with data wrangling and causal inference methods.

Jack has a Master of Public Policy degree from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs at the University of Minnesota. During grad school, he worked as a research assistant with the Center for Urban and Regional Affairs at the University of Minnesota, and with the Integrated Data and Analytics team at Hennepin County. For his Humphrey School thesis, Jack received the Lloyd B. Short Award for Best Master's Paper.
