Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act

The Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Act (USERRA) protects the reemployment rights of individuals returning from service, including those called from the reserves or National Guard. The USERRA also prohibits employer discrimination based on military service or obligation.
