Workplace inclusion is a strategy and product of agency-wide policies, attitudes, and practices. Together these factors influence employee perceptions about the work environment which, in turn, impact engagement, job satisfaction, and productivity.

Creating a work culture in which all employees, including individuals with disabilities, feel valued and respected is a critical component in being able to achieve the goals set in Executive Order 14-14.
