Executive Order 19-15

Enhancing the diversity of your workplace requires a comprehensive approach that incorporates many aspects of the full people management life cycle from creating a culture of inclusion to recruiting and retention. To assist your agency in meeting the 10% goal set in Executive Order 19-15, MMB has outlined 5 Steps to Success that will guide you in the right direction.

The data provided in this dashboard includes the percent of individuals with disabilities employed by the State of Minnesota in the executive branch, excluding Minnesota State (formerly MnSCU). The data is provided to MMB by employees through a voluntary self declaration form during the new hire process and can be updated by current employees in Self Service at any time.

The quarterly reporting period ends on the following months: March, June, September, and December. Quarterly data will be available on the dashboard on the third Friday following the end of a reporting period.

Staffing data: Staffing represents all of the employees who work in the Executive Branch in a given time period regardless of their date of hire.
Hiring data: Hiring represents all of the new employees who are hired in to the Executive Branch in a given time period.
