Fair Labor Standards Act Mixed Classes Guidelines


Some of our job classes have a mixture of FLSA status (exempt and non-exempt) due to some varied responsibilities of positions within these job classes. Some positions will not meet the requirements for exemption if they do not have all the factors required by the FLSA compliance checklist. The following is a listing of the job classes with mixed FLSA status by class and by agency.
