Enterprise Summer Internship Programs
Hosting a summer intern is a great opportunity to temporarily expand your team’s capacity, offer a supervisory opportunity to an emerging leader, and build a pipeline that brings emerging talent into state service. Working with a partner program like Right Track, Step Up or Urban Scholars can take some of the hiring process off your plate.
In exchange, interns gain valuable work experience, tangible skills and new connections to help launch their careers.
Join an upcoming Lunch & Learn webinar in November 2026 to learn more about the three enterprise-level internship programs for summer 2027. Details are below.
- Right Track: Thursday, Nov. 5, noon to 12:30 p.m. | Register to attend
- Step Up: Thursday, Nov. 12, noon to 12:30 p.m. | Register to attend
- Urban Scholars: Thursday, Nov. 19, noon to 12:30 p.m. | Register to attend
