Manager's Income Protection Plan

The Manager's Income Protection Plan (IPP) is a combined life insurance and disability benefit for managerial level employees. During Open Enrollment managers can:

• Reduce the amount of time you have to wait before the disability benefit takes effect, if your current wait is more than 30 days. It's called the elimination period. You can reduce the wait by 30 days.
• If you want to reduce the wait by more than 30 days, you need to prove you are in good health.
