Nonrepresented Employees Compensation Plan

Covers all non-managerial classified and unclassified employees (except unclassified employees of the legislative and judicial branches) who are not covered by a collective bargaining agreement and who are not otherwise provided for in law.

The Medical Specialists Addendum covers Medical Specialists whose compensation is provided under M.S. 43A.17, subd.4. These are exceptionally-qualified doctors of medicine removed from the Health Treatment Professional Unit and whose compensation is established by the Commissioner of Minnesota Management & Budget.
