Join Group Health Coaching and make it easier to reach your health and well-being goals. Work with a group to build healthy habits, manage ongoing health issues, and learn simple ways to feel better every day.

How it Works

  • One topic per session 
  • Four sessions over eight weeks (one every two weeks, 45 minutes each)
  • Online through Webex
  • 12 to 25 people in each session

  • Meet one-on-one with a health coach through WebMD ONE.
  • Get help with personal questions not covered in group sessions.

We Respect Your Privacy

  • Everyone stays muted during sessions.
  • No one records sessions (and you can’t either.)
  • Every session starts with a short privacy notice.
