Use TurboTax® to prepare and file your taxes. This cost is included in the legal plan premium. You can prepare and file one individual or joint federal and state tax return with using the TurboTax online. You can also buy other Turbo Tax services at a discount.

Digital notary and signing. It is allowed in Minnesota, South Dakota, North Dakota, Iowa, and Wisconsin. It is not available in all states.

Four hours of an attorney's time for non-covered matters that are not otherwise excluded.

• If you move to a position within state service and are eligible for benefits through SEGIP, you may keep your coverage as is.
• If you retire or no longer have coverage through SEGIP, you can buy a plan on your own. You have two individual coverage options.

The MetLife Legal Plan website has all the details on portability. You cannot continue this plan through COBRA.
