Agency Engagement Champions Toolkit
As an Engagement Champion, you play a key role creating a workplace where our employees can thrive. By promoting our Engagement and Inclusion Survey, you help us better understand what our agencies are doing well and where we can improve. Thank you for your partnership in helping us drive engagement within our agencies, from the launch survey to all you do to take action on its results.
The survey was launched on January 25, 2023 and has been extended through March 8, 2023.
Important Information:
- Divisions: Contact will be made with HR Directors soon to confirm the divisions that your agency would like to use for the 2023 survey. MAD will follow up individually with each agency to provide the list that was used in 2020 and confirm any changes.
- Outreach and engagement: Agencies should begin thinking about how your agency will communicate and engage employees to promote survey participation. We will provide communication tools, templates, FAQs, and other resources in the coming weeks.
- Hard-to-reach employees: Agencies with hard-to-reach employees that requires assistance in developing a plan to reach them should contact Jackie VanOverbeke and Michelle Thom .
- We’ll compile the survey results for the enterprise and for agencies in summer 2023. Your agency will share more information with you about your workplace’s results. Agencies will work collaboratively with teams to develop an action plan that addresses areas with lower scores and keep the momentum going for areas with higher scores.
