Today, Governor Walz presented his 2022 Local Jobs and Projects Plan, which focuses on asset preservation, community and equity, environmental stewardship, housing and homelessness, and infrastructure. This capital budget recommendation includes $2 billion in general obligation bonds and $730 million in other funding sources, including appropriation bonds, general fund cash, trunk highway bonds, trunk highway cash, and user-financed bonds.
