SAINT PAUL, MN and PROVIDENCE, RI – Today, the State of Minnesota and Virgin Pulse announced a new partnership that will provide innovative wellbeing products and services to more than 55,000 state employees, beginning November 1, 2018.
Across the nation, more and more companies are investing in wellbeing programs that support an employee’s cognitive and physical health. Providing these services is not only good for boosting productivity, it increases employee engagement and sends a message that an employer is invested in the success of their employees.
With this partnership, State of Minnesota employees will have access to the Virgin Pulse Engage™ platform, where they can create a personalized, mobile-first experience to improve their health and wellbeing every day. Engage™ is widely recognized for having the industry’s highest member engagement rates, with eight times more interactions per year than other wellbeing programs. With Virgin Pulse’s extensive partner ecosystem, employees will be able to actively address comprehensive pillars of wellbeing, including cognitive, physical, social, and economic. With the recently announced merger of Virgin Pulse with Minneapolis-based RedBrick Health, State of Minnesota employees will have access to award-winning telephonic coaching to support their total wellbeing.
