ST. PAUL – On Wednesday, October 4, Minnesota Management and Budget Commissioner Myron Frans will be in Bemidji for the next stop on the 2017 “My Minnesota” tour. Commissioner Frans will then visit Moorhead on Thursday, October 5, to hold another tour stop on the Minnesota State University, Moorhead campus. The “My Minnesota” tour offers Minnesotans the opportunity to provide feedback on what new investments the state budget could be making. Commissioner Frans will also share with Minnesotans information on where their tax dollars go and how the state’s budget directly impacts their local community. Each stop on the tour will function as an informal town hall meeting with an interactive presentation from Commissioner Frans and an opportunity to Minnesotans to share their thoughts and ideas for the State of Minnesota’s budget.
