Federal Funding Disruptions, Cancellations, and Court-Impacted Actions
The Federal Funds Implementation Team is monitoring changes in the federal landscape that impact funding in Minnesota. The tracking documents below contain information on temporarily disrupted, permanently cancelled, and court-impacted access to federal grants at Minnesota state agencies. The disruptions and cancellations are funds that flow through state government entities and do not reflect the totality of disrupted funds across Minnesota. The tracking documents are updated every weekday and are intended for informational use.
The State of Minnesota, through Minnesota Management and Budget, has engaged Deloitte Tax to provide targeted assistance for Minnesota counties, cities, municipalities, tribal governments, higher education universities and other tax-exempt organizations with their Clean Energy Tax Credits and 990-T available through the Inflation Reduction Act Direct Pay. This assistance includes free introductory webinars and 1:1 technical assistance (TA) with Direct Pay tax filing, paid for by Minnesota Management and Budget.
