Minnesota Management and Budget has released the State of Minnesota Financial and Compliance Report on Federally Assisted Programs (“single audit report”) for the year ended June 30, 2021. This report meets the requirements of the Federal Single Audit Act of 1984 as amended in 1996 and the Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance) contained in 2 CFR Part 200, as applicable. 

The Office of the State Auditor (OSA) has audited the state's Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards, Internal Control Over Financial Reporting of the Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards and on Compliance and Other Matters, and Compliance for Each Major Federal Program identified in this single audit report in accordance with the Uniform Guidance contained in 2 CFR Part 200, as applicable.
