    Centennial Office Building (COB) is open only to authorized employees to protect the health of all Minnesotans and help our community reduce the spread of COVID-19.

    We are still providing critical services to our customers and agency partners. Here’s how you can access Minnesota Management and Budget (MMB) services:


    Treasury Window

    Warrant (check) cashing

    • Hours: 9 a.m. to noon and 2 to 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday and Friday

    State agency deposits

    If your state agency requires MMB employee assistance with its deposits, employees are available during the following hours of operation:

    • Hours: 9 a.m. to noon and 2 to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday

    Vendor Payments 

    • Hours: 7 a.m. to 1 p.m.
