Minnesota Management and Budget (MMB) and other state agencies will never send vendors unsolicited messages asking for banking information.
The amendment to Administrative Procedure 15.6 affects exceptions to general requirements for transfers, demotions, and promotions. The 15-day comment period begins July 11 and runs through July 26.
