Our federal and state funded workforce development programs are guided by rigorous performance standards to ensure accountability and continuous improvement across programs. These metrics align with the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) and are negotiated biannually with the U.S. Departments of Labor.

• Measurable skill gains

Performance goals are set through a collaborative process and updated regularly to reflect data-driven targets. Minnesota uses these measures to assess program impact, inform strategic planning, and drive quality improvements across the workforce system.
