• 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m. Networking lunch and Governor’s Broadband Task Force monthly meeting
• 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. Breakout sessions on key topics and initiatives

Registration will open in early spring. A $20 registration fee helps cover catering costs and ensures funds are used appropriately.

Right to Cancel or Postpone Due to Force Majeure

The following cancellation policy applies specifically to Connecting One: Minnesota 2026 Broadband Summit hosted by the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED). DEED reserves the right to cancel or postpone Connecting One: Minnesota 2026 Broadband Summit due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of cancellation or postponement by DEED, registrants will receive a full refund of the registration fee. DEED is not responsible for any other expenses incurred by registrants, including but not limited to travel and accommodation costs.

Event Registration Cancellations by Registrants

• Cancellations Fewer Than 14 Days Before the Event: To ensure we are using funds appropriately; no refunds will be granted for cancellations made fewer than 14 days before the event start date. Refunds in such cases are at the discretion of DEED and subject to review.
• Registration Transfer Within Organization: Registrants may request to transfer their registration to another individual within their organization in lieu of cancellation. Please contact us directly at mndeedevents@state.mn.us for assistance with registration transfers.

Exceptions

Exceptions to this policy may be made in the case of health emergencies, death of the registrant or an immediate family member, and other extenuating circumstances. Such exceptions will be reviewed and granted at the discretion of DEED.
