Ellen Bendewald was a performance measures analyst with the Performance Management team at DEED before becoming a research analyst at the Minnesota Judicial Branch. She holds a master's degree in public policy from the University of Minnesota's Humphrey Institute and a bachelor's degree in economics from Macalester College in St Paul.
