If you:

• are experiencing vision loss
• live in Minnesota
• are over the age of 18
• are legally eligible to work
• fit into one of our target population groups:
  • Individuals requiring support to retain employment
  • Individuals who acquire vision loss during their working years
  • New Americans - foreign born U.S. resident and facing language, cultural, or systemic barriers
  • Individuals detached from the workforce for more than 27 weeks
