Workforce One (WF1), is a web-based client management application used by nearly 2,000 state, city, county, and non-profit employment and training providers to track employment and training services to more than 100,000 customers across Minnesota's One Stop network. WF1 was created through a partnership between the Department of Children, Youth, and Families (DCYF) and the Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED) and is maintained by MNIT-DEED.
Employment Services staff who need new access to WF1 or they need adjustments to their current access, an Access Form will need to be completed. Instructions on Getting or Changing Access.
When a new Financial and/or Child Care Worker is granted access to MAXIS and the agency that they work for has activated the WF1 Connect mobile app, they will receive a SIR email with instructions on logging in to WF1.
If you have an issue with how something is working in WF1, cannot do the functions in WF1 you need to do for your job, have a data correction that cannot be addressed by someone at your agency, or have a WF1 question, please submit a WF1 Help Desk ticket. Instructions on How to Submit a Help Desk Ticket.
If you would like to request an update to a feature or functionality in WF1 or WF1 Connect, follow the Instructions for Completing a WF1 Change Request Form.
