The unemployment rate rose to 3.5% in Minnesota in July on a seasonally adjusted basis.
The number of unemployed increased to 109,029, and the number of employed decreased to 3,046,558. The labor force fell to 3,155,587, and the labor force participation rate ticked down to 68.1%.
The U.S. unemployment rate ticked up to 4.2% in July on a seasonally adjusted basis. The labor force participation rate decreased to 62.2%.
