When to Call

The sooner you reach out, the more we can help. It can be tempting to wait, hoping that things get better on their own. But small workplace challenges often become crises when they go unaddressed. A new supervisor, new software, declining vision, or other workplace changes can happen quickly and disrupt accommodations that previously worked well. We’re here to help you find solutions before small issues become big problems.
