Certifier toolkit
Starting January 1, 2026, Minnesota Paid Leave will provide payments and job protections so people can take time away from work for major life events — like welcoming a child, caring for a loved one, or recovering from a serious illness.
This toolkit helps healthcare and social service providers find the resources they need to understand their role and responsibilities and support those they serve.
